What is your name and how would you briefly describe what you do?

My name is Cathrin Hesselstrand and I am an illustrator.

Have you received any awards or prizes?

Last year (2009) my husband and I recived the Vadstena Kommun Culture price. It made us very proud.

What’s a usual day like at your job?

I usually are locking forward to start working in the morning. At 10.00 we have som "fika" (It means a coffe and teabrake). The drawingscontinue till one o´clck when it is time for lunch. After lunch there are some more time to work, until our children arrives from school.
This is a ordinary drawingday, other days are different with other types of job...
