What is your name and how would you briefly describe what you do?
My name is Gunilla Guldbrand and trained as a graphic designer and illustrator educated at Berghs School of Communication. My assignments have been very varied over the years. I work both as a graphic designer and as an commercial artist. I am very experienced in print production. Has designed and produced newspapers, books and annual reports since the 1980s. When it comes to illustrations and graphic design I have illustrated the annual TV-Christmas calendar "Julstrul" 1984, children's books, teaching materials to decor at the floorball sticks. Illustrates in differently genre – over the years the images have been both in the playful genre as well as strict scientific illustrations where the image should be able to explain in a pedagogical way a complicated process. Since I also work with layout and graphic production – my professional breadth allows me to adapt the images to their context so that the communication between image and text is optimized.
